Hi,
I'm trying to login to the SNTC portal (services.cisco.com), but when I do, all I see is a shell GUI without any menu items, for 3 seconds, then I get redirected to a page (https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo) inviting me to "Get Access to Smart Services Connection Now".
If I click on the "Register Now" link, I'm taken to another page, with 3 possible "interesting" links: "Register", "Sign In" and "Cisco Services Access Management".
When I click on ANY of them, I get the error "This page isn’t working. If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 400".
Note, each of the 3 links mentioned in line 4 redirect to the following URLs:
a) "Register" redirects to "https://logcso.cloudapps.cisco.com/logcso/"
b) "Sign In" redirects to "https://logcso.cloudapps.cisco.com/logcso/rest/obs/clickSignIn"
c) "Cisco Services Access Management" redirects to "https://logcso.cloudapps.cisco.com/logcso/rest/obs/clickCSAMLink"
There seems to be a misconfiguration issue that is not linking my account to the service contract, even though SNTC-support says my CCOid is correctly linked. How can I advance past this issue?
