Migration from working 2.8 to 2.10.1 - SNTC Upload Fails

Had to do an 'migration' i.e. backup and restore to upgrade to 2.10 and then applied .1 update.

This was to bring system up to date for TotalCare integration with Cisco.

TotalCare uploads are working, but SNTC uploads are failing with an internal error.

When I check the cli logs from CSPC unix this is what is in the log for the upload failing on upload to local internal (127.0.0.1) IP.

This was all working prior to the upgrade from 2.8.

Need assistance to get SNTC uploads working as we have been unable to get a completed upload since upgrading back in 12/2021.

On checking the logs (from unix not from within the CSPC), it is failing, but shows it is trying to upload to 127.0.0.1.

Hi, After today's Webex session the SNTC uploads have been received successfully. Please let me know if you have any other issues that need assistance.

Checked below things:

1. Checked file csof_config.xml

2. checked and restarted basic services needed cspc and concsotgw.

3. Checked the certificates on both GUI & CLI. The certificate was connected and settings were TG. Settings>application settings>export setting

checked cert id changed the settings to connectivity and the SNTC certificate. Ran the upload profile which was successful and received uploads on the SNTC portal.
