Hi Team,
We recently updated your devices in Solarwinds and tried to sync up with SNTC portal.
During this process, the upload gets stuck in the "processing with cisco" status and I'm not sure if any manual intervention is required for this.
Aso I had chosen the company address as per the CSAM tool, which I received from Cisco TAC's private message. So I'm not sure if anything could be missed from my side.
The ID of the previously submitted report request is SW165834 (as shown in the Solarwinds NCM connector tool).
