Can someone please reach out to me to help with a customer SNTC portal access issue. Customer has no current access to their SNTC portal and a user has left and they are looking for confirmation of users setup in portal as well as who has Delegated Admin rights.
Will provide customer details once I have been contacted

If you need Cisco internal support for a Core SNTC customer, you must engage with the Cisco employee SNTC community, if you are engaging in the behalf of a Cisco customer that retains a SMART ASSIST CONTRACT the customer must open a case with TAC
