New build CSPC2.11 failed upload of collection job to Smart Net Portal

Hello,

We have a newly installed CSPC 2.11 that is successfully running collection jobs but is failing when attempted to upload the collection data to our Smart Net Portal.

Any help would be appreciated.

2. SNTC portal name :
3. SNTC inventory name:
4. Was this collector working fine before, or is this the first time using the Cisco CSPC?
3. Take a screenshot from:
a. Job_Run_status session
b. Error message
c. help>About>server_properties>registration certificates properties
d. setting>manage data collection profile
