I’m a new user to the SNTC portal and don’t completely understand the support for the portal. I contacted Entitlement and it appears I am entitled to SNTC access as I have a number of Smartnet contracts but as I do not have any contracts that have AMSS,AMST,SPADV or PNSAS so I cannot log a case with SNTC TAC to resolve my issues accessing SNTC
