Has anyone experienced issues with Nexus devices not showing up in the portal? They are being discovered, but the collector says that they are being excluded. All the portal tells us is that they failed to be uploaded.

The collector is saying that the device is already being managed by a different IP address. If you look in the managed device list, you should see it listed under the IP address mentioned in the excluded message.

There are no devices in the portal under the IP address that the collector referenced.

I've seen a bug like this before. Reboot the entire server (don't just restart the CSPC services) and the blank entries should go away, and then you should be able to discover the device as normal.

The devices in question are still not showing in the portal. Are there any other potential reasons why this might happen? One of the devices is showing up in the "not collected" list but has no suggested actions. The others are not even having that information populated.

What is the "not collected" list you are referring to? Is it on the portal or on the collector?
