When we try to access services.cisco.com, we're redirected to https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo We cannot access also the Cisco Services Access Management . I guess that no one in our organization is anymore a delegated administrator as our DA left the organization.

Hello George,
Based on the details provided it does not look like your company is registered with SNTC yet.
I was not able to find any SNTC or DA roles on the CCO ID that was provided.
You may want to follow SNTC self registration which will allow you access the portal.

The internal team has completed the onboarding and you should now be able to access CSAM tool and SNTC Portal.
