I am trying to pull the Custom Inventory and Contract Insights reports for this customer; however, there is no data found for the set filters. Why would this happen and how do we get this fixed?

Hello Emily,
There are no inventory uploads on these customer accounts, so you won't be able to select inventory or generate report as there is no data on the portal.

Thanks for the response! I have a few follow-up questions. If there are no inventory uploads for these accounts, why are they a filter in the portal? Did they previously have an upload that was deleted or are you expecting one to be uploaded?
