What type of information with respect to TAC cases or SR's created is available/linked to SNTC? Is there a report that can be run from SNTC on this parameter?

Hello Theresa,
There is a report available on the portal under Incidents - My Support cases for past 90 days. It lists TAC cases that logged in user has created in past 90 days. It includes TAC SR#, Title, Status, Serial Number and a few additional fields.
