Hello Jose,
Your contract data is showing in the portal so you do not have to keep uploading the collector. The upload processing on the attached image has now completed. There are about 8 contracts against the installed base, including the one you have referenced.
I do not know if this is the problem but I would suggest logging out of the portal, clearing the browser cache/ history and then logging in to the portal again. I also suggest using Firefox browser. If this does not change the symptoms then try to re-select the portal language setting, even if you are using the default of English.
