Hello,
So basically I need to upload my company device inventories, but on the account that have access to SNTC Portal, there is no import inventory or register collector options available, Then I checked my account role was customer user where it should be a customer administrator for registering collector.
The Problem is, there are no DA available for my company to grant me access.. pls help

I am not able to see that you have customer user role for SNTC portal. To confirm further, please share your CCOID and company name via private message so I can take a look further on account.
