Not Able To Assign CSAM Role Access.

Hey there, 

I have a customer who cannot assign access on the CSAM tool; the company was born from an acquisition and such. Could someone provide assistance in how to resolve this?

Is the customer company registered with SNTC? If so please share the customer DA userid as well as company name for further troubleshooting.
