Not able to see any data in sntc portal

I'm not able see any data in the sntc portal. I get a System message as follows:

 

My access was working, not sure why its isn't anymore ?

 

@cisco is something broken ?

The SNTC portal had been experiencing slowness and report display issues. The engineering team has identified the root cause and corrected the issue.
All systems are back to normal."
