Not able to see segments in the customer inventory.

One customer has multiples segments created in the SNTC portal (more than 100) but when they have all selected the cant see the segments in the customer inventory view. Is that expected?

*Customer has Admin role.

Hello Ana Paula,

This is current implementation of the portal: If a top level segmented inventory is selected in Global Data Filters (rather than selecting the segments individually), the segment names do not show up in reports.

If you select individual Segment Names in Global Filter , then the Segment Name would show up on the reports.
