Cant upload CSV file on SNTC

i got this error 

We are processing your request to import the file. Closing the window will cause this request to fail.

  File name :APCSV2.csv

Import Errors: Operation could not be complete retry

im using this mandatory

Hello Khaled,

Looks like you removed some of the additional column headers from sample CSV file.

Note that all the column headers (first row) from sample CSV files are mandatory, the values for these additional headers can be left blank.

Please download the sample CSV file from the portal and give it a try without changing any column headers and let us know the results.
