not showing all the option and the portal

Were getting an error on the portal page only the

administration > All Collectios

option is showing i dont know if is because the upload haven been done yet but could you guy tell me if this is an error or i should wait the 24 hours first.

Hello Vivarock12.
The section you are located is to download the certificate.
If what you need is to See the devices you have uploaded you should check the section Library > Inventory > All Equipments once the First Upload get completed.
You can also verify the Upload progress in the section Library > Administration > Upload Processing.
