Old DA left company, need to assign a new DA

Hello, 

Per the Cisco support article https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/services/sntc/portal_administration.html I need assistance to assign new DA role to my profile. The old DA left and we currently do not have one. I have verified that my Cisco profile has the correct contract numbers for my company associated.
