Old user is still appearing on the SNTC Portal

Hi Team,

 

We have user called '' Marcelo Silveira ' who not belongs to customer  and their user was already removed from CSAM Tool

but their name is still appearing on the SNTC Portal , as you can see on the image 1 & 2 attached, the customer only has 2 users as AD 

Can you help me understand why the user ' Marcelo'' is still appearing ?Image1.JPG

Hi There,

 

What you see on your first screenshot of SNTC Portal under Global Filters is a company name and not individual user. One of the customer admins should be able to modify this name from under Application Settings -> Custom Display Name.

You may refer Portal User Guide for more details on how to change Custom Display Name.
