outdated CSPC message and Cannot delete old CSPC entitlement

I cannot delete an old entitlement from the portal.  CSP0009020224 has been decommisioned for a while.  I have updated our CSPC to the latest version but I am still receiving this error.  I'm thinking it is due to this old entitlement.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Thanks, Eddie.

The certificate that you are trying to delete from SNTC portal, was that created by using your CCOID?

No, it was created by someone else.  This person has moved on and I have taken on administration of the CSPC and this portal.
