Parsing on .CSV upload

Hi -- I am having an issue uploading a .csv file to the portal. I did not change any of the headers and populated the fields with all the necessary info however i am getting an error that says there are parsing errors. How can i fix this?

Dear User,

 

It appears that the file had duplicate serial numbers. Please remove the duplicates and retry the file import.

Your attempt from last week also had duplicate serial number as well as serial numbers missing from certain lines.

If you click on View Errors link from the screenshot that you shared, system will show you the the parsing error in separate pop-up window. You can also scroll over the serial number, and it will show you the reason for error. I am sending you private message that shows these errors.
