Sync up is complete for the mentioned customer account. Could you please check and let me know if CBR Admin is now able to access the portal?

Hello There,
The customer admin will have to grant you the access to File Import feature.
They can do so through Admin -> Users -> Action -> Manage Acccess.

Hi There -- I now have access to the portal, however I am unable to use the important file function. This is something I should have access to as CBRAdmin, correct?

Hello There,
