Partner Support Coverage information missing

Hi there,

My customer has some devices covered by partner's support (PSS). At the customer inventory, the information about these devices do not show information like: contract number, service level, start date and end date, at the "Contract No" column shows the information "partner branded contracts" but no information about start or end date. It's that correct? SNTC Portal doesn't recognize partner support information?
