hi team,
i am trying to register to the sntc portal for the first time, and every time i enter all the info needed and try to register i get an error page that says "Oops, something went wrong..." then brings me back to the start. is there any way to get registered successfully? thanks

I am confused you are a cisco employee and trying to register a customer portal ?

it is technically for a customer, but i was directed to post here.

In essence the customer should post then. We would need more information of CCO ID, contract, company name , SN and so on to see what is the problem
