Hi team,
My customer is not able to access the CSAM tool. When click on the "Review Legal Agreement" nothing happen, the screen still the same, we already tried three differents browsers and nothing change.
Also, when the customer try to enter the SNTC portal only the "Smart Net Total Care 3x" tab appears on the screen and the "Smart Net Total Care" tab disappeared and you can no longer see the information that the collector uploads to the portal.
Previously everything worked correctly.
And we with as partners, and with CBRAdmin external roles, if we can visualize everything.
