Hi,
I have a problem generating a certificate in portal services of the cisco.
In the left pane, I select Library --> Administration --> All Collectors, but nothing appears. I've been trying for several days.

Hi There,
Are you running into this issue while accessing your SNTC Portal or for your customers? If it's for your customers then the Customer Admin should have granted you access to collector administration from Manage Users.
If this is for your own SNTC Portal, you may send me screenshot for further review.

Hello Achiles, Thanks for screenshots. Your access looks okay, this is rather slowness being experienced at times with All Collector Report. Do you mind clearing your browser cache and cookies or accessing Portal in private/incognito mode to see if it helps?
