Hi Cisco Team,
I am trying generate a new certificate to my new collector but this message appear for me:
"Entitlement file generation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists, find help in the community."
Both Chrome and Firefox the problem ocourred. I need a help.

As informed in the Private message, kindly note that the shared contract number expired. Hence please share the valid contract number to Private message so that we can check it from our end.
The Party ID is associated to the contract number.

Hello,
As informed in the PM, kindly note that you will receive the error but the email will be sent to your Email ID with which CCO ID you have logged in. Hence kindly check the Email account and confirm on the same.

Today I checked the email and i didn't receive any email about it. I tried again generate the certificate but the message persist.

Could you please confirm from which CCO ID you are logging in with while generating the entitlement in the portal and which Email account ID are you checking.
