Problem upgrading CSP to version 2.6

When I try to load the upgrade patch file I got the following error on the screen:

Patch File Upload operation failed: /opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/applications/CSPC/webui/tmp/patches/jeos-20.0.0-1-lnx64andsp-3.0.7-0-0-lnx64.zip (No such file or directory)
What his mean, and, if possible, how I can fix it?
Thank you

If you run "show download" does it show that the patch was downloaded successfully?

What is the collector version? You can find this by running the "show version -d" command.

If you run "show download" does it show that the patch was downloaded successfully?

I try to download the file using the GUI, and that is the message I got. The file is in my laptop, in the desktop.

What is the output you get from the "check update" command?

This command is not recognize in the command prompt of the VM server

What is the collector version? You can find this by running the "show version -d" command.

This command is not recognize in the command prompt, no even using root user. In the GUI, in help, about, it said Cisco CSP collector 2.5 , with patch 2.5.1.6

What is the filename of the image you deployed?

SNTC-CSPC2.5.2.1-OVF10.ova

Could you SSH into the collector using the "admin" username? Those commands should be recognized in the admin shell. They will not work in the Linux command line.

Thank you for your help. This is the sh version -d command.

admin# sh version -d

Are you sure you deployed "SNTC-CSPC2.5.2.1-OVF10.ova"? The output above shows the image as "PSS CSPCServer 2.5.1.6"

Thanks,

Lynden

That is the file I install first, them , when they were available, I apply the following patches, in the order they were apply:

- cspc_cp_2.5.1

-cspc_cp_2.5.1.4

-RP3.23_PSS

-cspc_cp_2.5.1.4

-cspc_cp_2.5.1.6

I think you may have accidentally installed the wrong patches. Those are the patch files for a PSS collector. Do you have the PSS service or SNTC? If you are using PSS, then you will need to deploy a PSS OVA, and then the patches should work.

I have SNTC.

So, what you suggest, remove all the current patches ?
