Problem upgrading CSP to version 2.6

When I try to load the upgrade patch file I got the following error on the screen:

Patch File Upload operation failed: /opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/applications/CSPC/webui/tmp/patches/jeos-20.0.0-1-lnx64andsp-3.0.7-0-0-lnx64.zip (No such file or directory)

What his mean, and, if possible, how I can fix it?

I think it might be easier to start from scratch and just transfer your deice list over. Then, activate the LCM feature on the collector by running the "conf serv enable" command and only download and apply patches that way.
