Problem with "Contract Management"

Hi there,

 

The "contract management"  is not showing the contracts number while at the CCW shows that there are 4 contracts actives. 

 

The error message it's attached.

 

Can somebody help me?

Hi,

 

Does the inventory include devices that are covered under these contracts? If so please private message me the details of customer, inventory, contract# and some sample serial numbers.
