Need some help with configuring the CSPC collector 2.7.
Getting the following error message while submitting -
When I try to put value in "All collection profiles for service" - the drop down shows no value whatsoever.
Can any one recommend a solution to this?

Can you check your collection profiles and make sure they have "smartnet_total_care" entered as the Service Name.

Thanks for the quick response brandon - yes service name is "smartnet_total_care".

If you select Single Collection Profile in the Upload Profile do your collection profiles show there?
Can you share screenshots of collection profile configuration?
