Problems with CSPC Collector-2.11-B-16_SHA1_signed.ova

Anyone else tried installing Collector-2.11-B-16_SHA1_signed.ova?

What I see:

1. VMWare ESXi identifies the cert as untrusted, during the OVA import process

2. And, once installed, it enters a reboot cycle, starting at the GRUB menu

- AlmaLinux (Shamrock Pampas Cat)

- Booting AlmaLinux

- osnoise:  Error registering osnoise!

- And then back to the GRUB menu

Anyone else?

Be aware that CENTOS OS as you previously had known, is not longer available as developed product, the previous CSPC was based on that OS which EOL

1) The present OS is CENTOS Stream is a Red HAT version of that previous OS please see

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CentOS_Stream

2) The present errors "- osnoise: Error registering osnoise!" shown on  deployment are cosmetic and not catastrophic and will be removed in future releases

3) VMware newer products flags any self-signed certificate and untrusted, but if they put the flag "ignore" you can proceed.

What version of ESXI host you have ?

VMWare ESXi v8.0.2

Is you VMware version also 8? what specific problem you are referring to. since the author mentioned more than one.

VMware Version 8.

After load the ova to VMware. It takes minutes to start the VM and than it reboot continuously.

Here is some more information in the hope of help.
It is VMware ESXi, 7.0.3, 22348816 but please don't just say it has to be version 8. And then the whole thing doesn't work because it was due to something else.
