Any progress on this issue? I have tried Chrome and Firefox in various modes, and the Generic Server Erro 413 persists.

It's a bug CSCwn19182: SNTC portal user are unable to Schedule Reports and they receive an Error413 alert

As well, you have noticed on SNTC portal, I would request customer to try out Activate CX Cloud. When customer login, customer will see button to click to Activate CX Cloud
Once account is activated, CSPC can be added as data source. Please do let me know if you need any further assistance on that side since SNTC portal will be sunsetting eventually.
