Hi there,
I have very simmilar problem. My system stucked up during an update from 2.7 to 2.7.2.5. Moreover I am not abble to login into CLI. I tried to login before and after CSPC reload. Any idea how to perform this update?

thanks for your reply.

I was unable to login as admin, so re-deploy was the fastest way, how to solve my problem.

Hi User,

 

System will allow you only 3 attempt for user collectorlogin access via CLI. It seems system locked you out due to 3 failure attempt. Please allow 30 min and try to login back with correct password.

thank you for reply. I am not abble to login. I am facing the same system message after one hour delay. I got the same message after system reload and first login attempt.

Hello brandon78 ,
The CSPC will allow one new login attempt after the 30 minute window has passed. However if the password is found to still be invalid, it will display the same error message showing too many auth attempts have been made. If you still have access to the "admin" CLI user, can you please try generating a new password for collectorlogin?
