Customer and CBRAdmin can't see devices

Hello,

 

I'm CBRAdmin for serveral companies on the SNTC portal, I can see devices for other companies, but this specific client is not showing the devices. This is new, because the devices were appearing before.

 

This issue is happening in all CBRAdmin profiles and the company admin, so it's not a browser/cookie issue.

Hello, it looks like the latest collector upload was received empty.

Your reports viewing preference is also set to latest. Please review the collector settings and ensure a new upload gets processed.

 

Reply back if you still are not able to see any data.
