Hi there,
My customer did the registration on SNTC portal 5 days ago but he's no able to access the portal, he's still being redirectly to the registration page.
I need some help.

PLEASE send his/her CCO user and Company name as it shows on SNTC portal for the access

My customer cannot even register. Gets an error after submitting his credentials. Need help please! Customer is very frustrated...

Cisco internal should be using the Internal community. please provide the screenshot of that error.
