Registration Page Error

I am trying to register for the Smart Net Total Care Portal and when I enter my credentials, it simply failes with:

 

Error

 

We encountered an error while processing your request. Please refresh this page or try again.

 

 

I have tried multiple browsers with no luck. Can anyone help with this?

HI,

 

Other user from your company did self-registration and became DA so request DA to assign further role to yourself. I have provided detail information via private chat. Please do let me know if you have any question.

I'm having a similar problem. Every time I try to access the portal I get a message that its down and should be up shortly.

 

This is the link: https://services.cisco.com/

 

I think someone should fix this misleading message and provide accurate instructions for access.

you should post on Cisco Internal community and it is unlikely you are having the same problem as much is unlikely you are doing a registration of an account.
