Does anyone know how to remove a person setup as the sole administrator in a Total Care Portal? They have left the company and their access needs to be removed. We also need to get a new administrator setup in their place, and need to know how to do this also.

Please private message me customer CCOID who left company and company name. As well, CCOId of new user who would like to have DA role.
