Serial Numbers not appearing on the sntc portal

We already did some successful upload recently to the sntc portal but the serial numbers are not appearing on the portal and when we download an inventory excel report, also, the serial number do not show up.

Hi,

Please make sure that default collection profile (SNTC) has been used for collection and upload. If any further question, please provide company name and inventory via private message.
