For Party ID: 1645***, there was a CSV upload last week. There is a serial covered back in January 2017 that is showing uncovered on the portal. CCWR, My Devices and CSCC show otherwise. Can you confirm why SNTC is showing incorrect information?

Hello Reene,
I received the private message today. For Serial Number provided, there is a discrepancy in product ID reported in portal vs the product ID with which the device is covered under contract in CSCC.
This is a known issue (bug CSCvd19161), the fix for which is planned for upcoming release.
Meanwhile, I think we can try a workaround, it would however need a new upload to reflect the changes on the portal.
I have applied the fix from back-end, so whenever you are ready, please push a new upload so that we can verify the portal reports.
