I noticed we currently have some of the same Contracts in the SmartCare and SmartNet Portal. Might this be causing the PSIRT and Reporting issues? How can I best address this?

Hello, this is for CR ID 22955.
Alerts for HW,SW and FN are in the inventory but no PSIRTS are listed. When we try to export the product alerts report or any report, we get a message in "my reports" saying it failed immedietly yet we recevie emails saying the reports are ready to download. Todd’s attached screenshot below shows multiple failed attempts. There are two inventories inside. Any idea what the trouble would be?
