1) I'm not able to login to the Smart Net Total Care portal. It simply redirects me to https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/ui/ssueap2.0/dist/#/promo
2) How do I add a second user/admin to the account?

Hello Paul,
Please try accessing SNTC portal again, it should work now.
You can add additional users and admin through CSAM tool, URL: http://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/

I work for a Cisco partner and 2 x of our customer are having the same issue (Not able to login to the SNTC portal). I have sent you the customers details in a private message, however we would like to know the team we need to contact or procedure to follow in case this happen again with other customers.

Here are two ways you can get support for your SNTC Issues -
Opening a TAC Cases one of the following contracts must be associated to the customer's company
NLS1, CSAS, TS Advantage Bronze/Silver/Gold and Platinum (TSAB, TSAS, TSAG, TSAP), AMSP, AMSS, AMST, FTSS, and SPADV
