Smart Net Total Care 3x portal is currently unavailable. We are actively working to resolve the issue

Hello all,

 

Getting the message "Smart Net Total Care 3x portal is currently unavailable. We are actively working to resolve the issue." when I try to access https://services.cisco.com. Are you experiencing the same issue? Is there any ETA for restoration?

Hello Ricardo,

There is currently a bug tracking this issue at CSCvq13436. However 3.x is the legacy portal and you should also check to see if you have access to SNTC 4.x as well which is the one you can use. You can hit the back arrow towards the top left to see the other 4.x version available.
