I am unable to login to SNTC. According to the admin that granted me access, it shoulkd work (I've seen it and it should).
When I click on "register" it gives me this message:
"Redirecting It appears that you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. You will be redirected in 10 secs."
After being redirected the page loads in part, and I am then redirected to the Register page qith a message stating that I am not registered. It does this over and over again.

I would guess when they gave you access it created an account, have you tried to recover password instead of registering?

Hi Dustin,
I'm on the page right now and I see no recover password option, only "Register now".
I might be missing something obvious. Could you post a screen capture of what you are referring to?

I had to look as it's a bit different, go to login, enter your email, and the next screen for password has a forgot password lik to recover. If that isn't an option, or doesn't work, you may have to contact support.
