Hello,
Our company administrator and I have followed the steps to register my account for portal access and I received the email that it was approved but I'm still unable to access the portal. I waited 48hours after the approval before trying again and it just takes me to the smart account info page where you can register for portal access. Now if I click register is says "It appears that you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. You will be redirected in 10 secs.". After the 10 secs it redirects me back to the info page. Could I get some assistance with this issue?

Hi Ryan,
The CSAM data was manually synchronized to the SNTC portal.
Could you please try accessing the SNTC portal again and let me know if it works?

• Company name.
• Company address.
• Customer's CCOID.
• Email.
• Company CR Party ID.
