I have deployed CSPC 2.8 in our environment which is collecting all data and uploading on Smart Net Total Care Portal successfully, but port is showing all data as a hosts and not sorting via device types.
Can you provide evidence of this issue "but port is showing all data as a hosts and not sorting via device types"? Also, please private message the Company Name,Inventory, and Report name you are viewing.
Sorry for late reply, but I did not have any CLI data collection enable which caused this issue. As soon as I have enabled CLI & SNMP data collections issue was resolved.
