Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) not displaying any contract details ?

Hello Support,

We have registered using our current contract and serial number on SNTC, but we are not seeing any device detail under our inventory. Can someone help us on this? 

I tried emailing to web-help-sr@cisco.com , but they directed me here, asking to raise a discussion.

Hello There,

If this is a new account and no inventory upload is yet performed, you would not see devices on the portal.

You may want to look at below resources on how to go about "Creating Your Initial Inventory"
