CON-ECMU-LICCUCME is Cisco Branded, meaning the customer will contact Cisco Directly for support(End Customer is the entitled party with Cisco) while
CON-SESV-LICCUCME is Co-Branded, so the partner is the entitled party with Cisco. So the end customer would first contact the partner for resolution, if is higher severity/complexity, they the partner will take it to Cisco.
