Please try to follow the next steps:
- Use only Firefox to access. In this moment we have issues with Chromium based browser as Chrome or Edge.
- Please clear cache and cookies from Firefox
- Use Firefox Private Mode
- Try to access again to SNTC.

Yes clearing the cache in Firefox did it.
I had previously tried just using private mode but that didn't help so I hadn't tried clearing the cache.
