Smartnet purchase taking forever

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone lately ordered a Smartnet contract, I put my order through my reseller and it's been a week I haven't received anything from Cisco yet, my last purchase only took 2 days for my other switch.

We are not aware of any current challenges in Smart Care quoting and ordering that would cause this delay. If you can provide me with a quote number or contact we would be happy to investigate any issues you are encountering.

Has you reseller indicated that are having challenges?
